Andragogy in Organizations

Abstract

In the midst of rapid technological evolution and the constant obsolescence of knowledge, education is no longer limited to the early stages of life. Today's society demands lifelong learning to adapt to changes in the labor market. Therefore, the article addresses key concepts such as Andragogy and the Andragogical Act, which stand out as relevant in lifelong adult education. While the former provides specific tools and strategies to design meaningful learning experiences, the latter focuses on the interaction between the facilitator and the adult learner.  Additionally, the article emphasizes the importance of synergy within organizations in an increasingly collaborative world, where the ability to work as a team and leverage individual strengths has become essential to achieving better results. In summary, the article presents a comprehensive view of how lifelong education, andragogy, the andragogical act, and synergy within organizations contribute to creating a continuous and collaborative learning environment, preparing individuals to face the challenges of the knowledge society. It is hoped that this article will serve as a solid foundation to motivate readers to further explore these concepts.
